WhatsApp → QuickBooks bookkeeping bot

Shop staff type a sale in plain Somali, the way they'd text a colleague. An LLM step extracts the customer, items, quantities and sale type, asks for anything missing, and shows a summary. On "yes" the workflow creates the invoice in QuickBooks Online and reduces stock, then replies with the invoice number and what's left on the shelf.

Runs on a self-hosted WhatsApp gateway (WAHA) and n8n on a VPS, so there is no Meta Business account and no per-message fee. Designed so staff need no training: a phone and WhatsApp.

Built and tested against a real wholesaler's QuickBooks books in Nampula, Mozambique, with real invoices and payments. Amounts in the screenshot are blurred on purpose.

PumpvoraAI — Solana token scanner with self-verifying calls

Scans new Solana launches every few minutes, pulls safety and liquidity data from RugCheck, Solana Tracker and DexScreener, scores each token and posts the ones that pass to Telegram, Discord and X. Ten minutes after each call it re-checks price and liquidity and posts CONFIRMED or NOT CONFIRMED in public.

The performance tracker only counts a peak when the price holds for three consecutive 1-minute candles, so one wick on a drained pool can't inflate the record. Misses are posted too. Storage is n8n data tables plus Supabase Postgres; the whole thing runs on one VPS.

Product catalog that syncs from QuickBooks

A static site on Cloudflare Pages that reads the item list from QuickBooks through an n8n webhook. Items that go out of stock disappear from the site automatically, new items appear within about a minute, and every product has a WhatsApp order button. There is no admin panel to maintain and nothing to host beyond the workflow.
